All of REEP's services are tax free, as we are a registered charitable organization.

Initial evaluation:¹

The province of Ontario provides a rebate of up to 50% of the cost of the initial evaluation, to a maximum of $150.

   Waterloo, Woolwich, Wellesley, Cambridge and North Dumfries
   Upfront cost: $325 (-$150 automatic rebate)
   Net cost after rebate: $175

   Kitchener and Wilmot
   Upfront cost: $265 (-$132.50 automatic rebate)
   Net cost after rebate: $132.50

Follow-up evaluation:²

Note: Follow-up is required to qualify for government grants.

   Kitchener and Wilmot
   $145

Cancellations:

Appointments cancelled less than 24 business hours before the evaluation will be subject to a $75 rescheduling fee.

¹An additional square footage fee is charged for homes 3,000 square feet or larger, excluding the basement.

²An additional fee is charged if an addition has been added to the home since the initial evaluation.
