Water Conservation and Stormwater Credits

Ratepayers in the municipalities of Kitchener and Waterloo are able to apply for stormwater credits of up to 45% of the stormwater portion of their utility bill in their city of residence.

• $20 toilet rebate
  Replace a toilet that uses 6 litres per flush or more with a high-efficiency toilet that averages 4.8 litres per flush or less and get a $20 rebate from the Regional Municipality of Waterloo (ongoing).
